Of course, Google and Bing have roughly the same algorithms for evaluating content and ranking websites. But, of course, these algorithms cannot be exactly the same, as they are created independently by different developers. Therefore, certain websites and pages that Google considers unsatisfactory may rise to the top of Bing and vice versa. A website that was filtered by Google (may be unfairly) may perform well in Bing and vice versa.
Therefore, the main secret to promoting website in Bing is to pay attention: track visitors from Bing, check your pages' rankings. If Google doesn't like your pages, but Bing does, you now have a reason to continue working on them, improving them and creating more similar content (previously, if a page wasn't getting visitors from Google, you simply abandoned it or deleted).
Furthermore, if all webmasters pay more attention to Bing and create more high-quality content that Bing values, we can rebalance the market and restore healthy competition. After all, when a market has only one monopolist, this degrades search quality and creates a totalitarian system in which any webmaster can be unfairly punished and terminated at any time.
