These reading apps allow to open and read MOBI books. MOBI is a e-book file format developed by french company Mobipocket that was bought by Amazon. It's supported by Amazon's Kindles and all Amazon's own formats (AZW, AZW3, KFX) are based on MOBI. MOBI is supported by most readers on PC, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS and even on Windows Phone, Symbian and Blackberry. There are also some cloud services that allow to read MOBI books online.
