Kobo Clara vs Pocketbook Verse

Kobo Clara HD and PocketBook Verse are both black-and-white e-Ink readers but I think they target different types of users.
Kobo Clara HD (available since 2018) is connected to Kobo’s online bookstore that makes it a better choice for those who prefer to buy books instead of downloading them for free. PocketBook Verse (released in 2023) has built-in OverDrive integration for borrowing free library books and also supports various ebook formats (like FB2, TXT) that can't be read on Kobo devices.
Clara HD is smaller and lighter. It has Carta display - good for low-light reading. Verse's advantage is physical buttons for turning pages (some people prefer this to swapping the screen). Besides it provides microSD slot for extra storage.
In terms of software, Clara HD offers quite simple UI for reading and buying books while PocketBook provides extra apps and even has a web browser.
