2024. Kobo releases new firmware for Colour e-readers

Kobo is rolling out a new firmware update available for Kobo Libra Color and Clara Color e-readers. Among the changes included in this update is the addition of the Oxford English Dictionary 2024. Additionally, parental controls have been improved, preventing books and documents downloaded from third-party sources from being added to the My Books section while the feature is enabled. The OverDrive setup process has also been simplified. Another nice feature that only applies to the Libra Color is that when the e-reader is in sleep mode, pressing any of the page turn buttons will wake it up.
