EzPDF Reader vs GoodReader

June 13, 2026 | Author: Maria Lin
EzPDF Reader and GoodReader are both PDF reader programs. They work offline and are suitable for reading large documents. They allow to highlight and copy text, provide annotation tools, support bookmarks and integrate with cloud storages.

However, EzPDF Reader is more suited to rich PDF files (textbooks, children's books, professional illustrated books). It supports embedded hyperlinks, multimedia playback and interactive PDF forms. It features an animated page-turning mode, just like in a real book, as well as a Text-to-Speech function for listening to audiobooks.

GoodReader is more suitable for plain text books, but offers powerful file management capabilities and even enterprise-grade document management. It supports synchronization with multiple servers, can work with ZIP archives, supports FTP, SFTP and WebDAV and has flexible synchronization settings.
